Established in 1976, Pickwick Boat Rentals Inc. (PBR) is the oldest boat rental
company at Pickwick Lake and one of the oldest boat rental companies in the state
of Tennessee. Pickwick Boat Rentals is family owned and operated. We have two
locations, Pickwick Landing State Park close to the Pickwick Dam and Aqua Yacht
Harbor in an area of the lake we call Yellow Creek, which is the beginning of the
Tenn-Tom Waterway. Walk-up rentals are usually available during the week but are
very limited on the weekends. Reservations are not required but always
recommended. Reservations are required if you are to be assured of a boat on a
weekend or a particular date. All of our boats are outboard style pontoon boats and
are equipped with everything required by the Coast Guard to be legal.
PICKWICK BOAT RENTAL, INC
Welcome to Pickwick
Pickwick Lake is 52 miles long and is part of the Tennessee River. It is situated
between Pickwick Dam and Wilson Dam and is located in three states; Tennessee,
Mississippi and Alabama. Conveniently located an hour and half drive from the
Memphis area, it is no surprise many of our customers are on day trips just getting
the family away form the big city. An outing on the lake is an activity the whole family
can enjoy, regardless of age. Whether you are on a day trip or a vacation there is
lots to do in the Pickwick area. Besides boating and fishing the area has several
fine restaurants and bars, Pickwick Landing State Park with the Inn, marina , walking
trails and 18 hole golf course. Another first class 18 hole golf course is located 3
miles south of the park. Shiloh National Military Park is 12 miles away and the
Tennessee River Museum in Savannah, TN is 11 miles.
